Why Awana?
Awana reaches Children ages 3 years-6th grade with the Gospel of Christ and trains them to serve HIM. Awana is unique because it is based around the gospel message- that Jesus died for our sins and rose again. We are all sinners that deserve eternal punishement. Yet, Jesus, the son of God, died on the cross for our sins and rose again on the 3rd day. If we accept Jesus as our savior we recieve God's gift of eternal life.
Awana Clubs and Programs
Cubbies- for 3 & 4 year old children. It emphasizes parental involvement and Bible memorization.
Sparks- for kindergartners- 2nd grade. It emphasizes Bible memorization and Bible centered achievements.
Truth & Training (T & T)- for 3rd-6th graders. It emphasizes Bible memorization and transition in to youth.
When do we do Awana?
We follow the local school schedule. When school is in session we do Awana every Wednesday night at 6:30 in the Family Life Center.
