Pastor Johnny was called to Fairview in August 2004. He is a graduate of East Tennessee State University with a degree in music and elementary education. He is a former band director and elementary school teacher serving in the Hawkins County School System for twenty-one years. He has served churches in the East Tennessee region as Minister of Music, Youth Pastor and Pastor. Johnny served as president of the Bi-vocational Pastors Conference for the Tennessee Baptist Convention while teaching school and in 1995 was elected as the Bi-vocational Pastor of the Year for the Tennessee Baptist Convention. Johnny surrendered to full vocational ministry upon accepting the call to Fairview. He has been married to Patty Blair for twenty-nine years and has three wonderful children, Beth, Patrick, and Emily. Johnny and Patty are proud grandparents to Kenner Jarnigan and Cadi Grace.

Phillip was called to Fairview in March 2002. Prior to that he worked in the banking industry and private business for many years. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Business Administration and Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary with a M.A. in Religion. Phillip is married to Ann, a full-time educator and busy volunteer in the children's ministry here at Fairview. They have six children, Becca (married to Greg Davis), Kelly, Laura Rachael, Tristen, Eli, and Braxton. They are Pap Pap and Granna to Aubrey Kate and Caden.

Chris was called to Fairview in January 2012. He is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, TN with a degree in Secondary Education. He also works at Tellico Plains High School as an American Literature and Bible Literature teacher. Prior to coming to Fairview, Chris served as the Youth Pastor of New Providence Missionary Baptist Church in Tellico Plains, TN. He has also served for numerous years as a Committee Member and Chairman of the Sweetwater Baptist Association's Youth Committee. Chris is married to Tina Hollinghead, a kindergarten teacher at Tellico Plains Elementary. They have 3 wonderful children, Jaden, Landon, and Isaac.

Janean was called to join in membership at Fairview in November 2010 and joined the church staff in September 2011. Before joining the church staff, Janean was busy being a full time mom and wife after leaving a Fortune 500 company in May 2006. Janean is married to David, who is an asset leader at Kimberly Clark and a volunteer in the Music Ministry here at Fairview. They have a wonderful son named Blaine. In years past, Janean has worked as a Children's Ministry Director, church activities coordinator, bus ministry volunteer, VBS coordinator,Sunday School teacher, and nursery/children's church volunteer.

Susan Miller keeps FBTC in good repair. In spite of muddy feet and the ever present chores Susan serves to provide clean and well maintained facilities and with our expanding church she has her hands full. Even with her busy schedule she still pitches in when and where she is needed when special events or gatherings are planned. Susan's love of the Lord is evident in her joyful attitude while serving FBTC.
